Tomorrow morning is the beginning of our new series at LifeConnection Church titled Legitimate Questions. We’re going to spend the next two weeks attempting to address questions that are often brought up in spiritual conversation. This week we’ll be responding to the very important question, “Why would and all-loving God send anyone to hell? This is certainly a big question on the minds of many; I imagine all will be attentive for this issue tomorrow morning.
Next week we’re responding to the question, “How could Jesus have died for the sins of the whole world?” It wasn’t long ago that a student at Blue River Community College very candidly asked me this question. She told me how she was brought up going to church and had lots of questions, but was made to feel like she was in the wrong for asking them or they simply refused to address them. This is one that remains on her mind to this day.
So, I’m looking forward to the weeks to come and how these ideas affect us all. I’ll be sure to post some thoughts over the days to come.
